LACHIE CHRISTIE

Lachie is a qualified engineer and spent the last 7 years in the engineering and infrastructure sector prior to co-founding GrowLab. Lachie will leverage his specialty in asset management advisory (successfully delivering 50+ projects to clients across Australia and New Zealand) and AI knowledge to identify opportunities to improve asset management processes and outcomes through AI and Automation.

EKTA BAIDWAN

Ekta brings 7 years of experience in workforce planning and recruitment within the engineering sector. With a strong people focus and a genuine passion for the industry, she’s driven by curiosity and a desire to create meaningful impact. Currently, Ekta is exploring how AI tools can be thoughtfully applied to ease pressure points in infrastructure - particularly where people, process, and technology intersect.

TOM WALKER

Tom has 10 years of experience in the engineering sector, with a background in recruitment, and more recently, AI. He is studying a Master in Artificial Intelligence (AI), and is currently undertaking projects in Machine Learning, Neural Networks and Agents for technical problem solving. Tom will use his expertise in advanced AI applications to power asset management tools.
