Lachie didn't start GrowLab to build "just another software company." He started it to solve the problems he lived through during seven years as a consultant and engineer in the infrastructure and asset management space.

With a track record of successfully delivering 50+ projects across ANZ, Lachie understands the unique pressures of the built environment. As the Director of GrowLab, he now focuses exclusively on leveraging AI and automation to modernise legacy processes - stripping away the "fluff" and delivering the technical infrastructure required for the future of infrastructure, engineering and construction.
